Nurturing Minds. Empowering Lives.

Mental health is neither an end state nor a destination —it is a lifelong journey of healing, growth, and self-realization.

At PsyGrow, we empower individuals to build resilience, foster psychological growth, deepen self-understanding, and live more balanced, meaningful, and fulfilling lives.

At PsyGrow, we believe self-empowerment and personal growth begin in the space between what happens to us and how we choose to respond. In every moment, there is an opportunity to pause, reflect, and move toward healing and growth.

Our integrative approach to mental health combines evidence-based psychotherapies with philosophical and wisdom traditions. We focus not only on reducing symptoms, but also on building resilience, emotional balance, inner peace, and a deeper connection with your authentic self.

We support individuals, couples, families, and organizations in navigating life’s difficulties and fostering lasting positive change. Whether you are facing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, trauma, or seeking personal growth, PsyGrow offers a safe and supportive space where healing and transformation can unfold.

Alexander Mathew, Registered Psychotherapist who specializes in supporting adults with a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, and relationship challenges.

I’m a Registered Psychotherapist who specializes in supporting adults with a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, and relationship challenges. With a solid foundation in psychology and the behavioral sciences—and over two decades of professional experience—I’m dedicated to enhancing the mental well-being of individuals in both personal and workplace settings.

My therapeutic approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, mindfulness-based, and integrative — combining evidence-based modalities with philosophical and wisdom-oriented perspectives. I draw from a range of approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Unified Protocol, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), among others. My goal is to ensure that each client receives personalized care tailored to their unique needs, supporting their journey toward healing, growth, psychological flourishing, and lasting well-being.

Our services

  • Individual Therapy

    Individual Therapy

Individual psychotherapy provides a safe, confidential space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while addressing challenges and working toward your treatment goals. Each session is personalized to meet your unique needs—whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, or striving for personal growth.

  • Couples Therapy

    Couples Therapy

Couples therapy provides a safe space to navigate challenges, rebuild trust, and foster a healthier, more fulfilling connection with your partner. Sessions focus on understanding each other’s perspectives, improving communication, resolving conflicts, deepening intimacy, and rebuilding a foundation of trust and mutual respect.

  • Family Therapy

    Family Therapy

Family therapy helps families address conflicts, improve communication, and strengthen their bonds. It’s a collaborative process where family members work together to understand dynamics, navigate challenges, reduce conflicts, and create a more supportive and harmonious environment for healthier relationships and lasting positive change.

  • Clinical Supervision

Clinical supervision provides mental health practitioners with a supportive and collaborative environment to develop clinical expertise, strengthen professional competence, and engage in reflective practice. Suitable for students, qualifying professionals, and experienced clinicians, supervision fosters ongoing learning, ethical decision-making, and clinical confidence while promoting effective, high-quality, client-centered care.

  • Leadership Coaching

Leadership Coaching helps professionals and leaders strengthen self-awareness, resilience, and leadership effectiveness. Unlike individual therapy, which focuses on mental health and emotional concerns, coaching is future-focused and centered on personal growth, professional development, workplace wellbeing, and performance. The process supports individuals in navigating challenges, building confidence, and leading with greater clarity, balance, authenticity, and impact.

  • Group Therapy

A structured, evidence-based program that helps individuals respond more effectively to difficult emotions. Using the Unified Protocol, a transdiagnostic form of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), participants learn practical skills to manage anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges by increasing self-awareness and acceptance, reducing unhelpful thinking and avoidance patterns, and building resilience. Through psychoeducation and practice, participants gain tools for lasting improvements in psychological well-being.
